Considering reporting a concern?
At Momentum-El, we want fair working conditions and a safe working environment. If you learn of serious breaches of the law or other serious matters through your work, you can report them to Denmark’s National Whistleblower Scheme, operated by the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Employees of private companies can also use the scheme. This can include matters you learn about while working at a client’s site.
What can you report?
- Serious breaches of the law, such as fraud and bribery.
- Sexual harassment and severe harassment.
- Other serious matters and certain breaches of EU law.
Ordinary disagreements about your own employment and minor workplace conflicts generally fall outside the scheme. You can normally raise these with your manager or trade union.
Call the National Whistleblower Scheme
You can report by calling 33 19 32 02.
The telephone line is open Monday to Friday, 10:00–12:00 (Danish time).
You can also call to ask questions without making a report. If you want to remain anonymous, you can hide your telephone number by dialling #31# before the number and avoid giving your name.
Send an email
You can email your report to wb@datatilsynet.dk.
If you want to remain anonymous, you should use the reporting portal, which allows anonymous dialogue and follow-up.
Use the reporting portal
You can use the reporting portal if you wish to report anonymously. The portal also allows you to continue an anonymous dialogue about your report.
